Ventanilla de Salud
Ventanilla de Salud, or Window to Health, is a health literacy program of the Institute for Mexicans Abroad. The DFW AHEC serves as the lead agency and partners with community organizations to deliver culturally competent health education and referrals to low-cost providers for Hispanics in North Texas. Other Services Offered by DFW AHEC
We offer both free and low-cost health literacy presentations (including fun, hands-on exercises) for groups large and small. DFW AHEC also designs custom health education programs for use with certain populations.
